I don't know what birthday he is celebrating in this picture.
Unfortunately, the Captain has to be out of town on a big meeting/presentation on his birthday.
Look forward to celebrating when he gets back.

Happy Birthday - cards are in the mail - I believe the Captain was 5 for the ice cream cone cupcakes. End of kindergarten and all the summer birthdays were allowed to celebrate. By first grade mom had cut his curls off.
